My DSLR  adventure started with the  the Canon 750D or Rebel T6i. The camera came with two kit lenses, the 18-55 mm stm and the 55-250 mm stm. I had a lot of fun using the 750D and still do. Both the 18-55 and the 55-250 lenses delivered good pictures, although they don’t work well in low light conditions. Encounters with wildlife occurred often but the 55-250 didn’t give me enough reach, therefore I decided to buy the Tamron 100-400 mm. Until today the Canon 750D and Tamron 100-400 produce a lot of keepers.
